Allan ran the place like clockwork, he had great intuitive suggestions about trips. The food by Leighton was delicious every dinner with healthy fruity lunches and beautiful breakfasts with real banana pancakes. Peaches and Lorelette made it a carefree stay with housekeeping service. Keith made sure the pool picture was perfect and welcoming daily. This Villa is such a gem. From the start to finish the customer service never ceases. Preparation leading up to the trip and check in are very easy. Allan, the butler, will reach out to you to ensure that your arrival is confirmed and the first day meals are set. Leighton, the chef, will serve you restaurant quality food and the presentation is awesome. It’s a very simple process. You tell them what you want, the number of persons and the time the food should be ready. One thing I recommend is you bring cash to pay for the food as there isn’t any other way for them to go get it, but they will bring you the receipt. The house in my opinion looks better in person than the pictures and the pictures are gorgeous. It’s an outdoor indoor living for the main and each bedroom circles around it. The beds are comfortable. The beach access is very close, it’s located at Round Hill. It’s convenient but also check out other beaches in the area. Donny the driver is amazing. Funny, great guy, always on time and a safe driver. He knows the island like the back of his hand. To the rest of the house staff They are amazing. Trust me you will enjoy your stay here. It’s worth every penny in my opinion.

We just returned from staying 2 weeks at Coconut Cottage and it was the best holiday/vacation we have had. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and relaxing. We considered it the best of both worlds: the benefits of a 5-star villa with incredible staff and access to a 5-star resort without having to pay the over-the-top prices.

We just returned from a week at the divine Coconut Cottage! The house is perfection. It is beautifully decorated and yet totally comfortable. All the rooms open to the veranda which gave everyone the ability to socialize together and retreat when they wanted privacy. The staff took great care of us and the food was delicious. We took full advantage of Round Hill. We went snorkeling and sailing. The kids went tubing and learned to weave baskets with Richard. The Beach BBQ and Jamaican Night are not to be missed. Thank you for letting us rent your amazing home.We plan to return and will definitely recommend it.

It was the perfect match between laid back living and luxury! We traveled with our friends, both families had three children. The house was perfect for two families with children. The style of the house was welcoming and beautiful and the indoor/outdoor living spaces made us feel like we were always enjoying the Jamaican sunshine! We will go back!

If you are looking for a quiet Jamaican getaway in a superior natural setting with pampered but unobtrusive service, Coconut Cottage should be on your list. We took an extended family group of 11 and had a truly wonderful experience. A staff of 5 provides excellent food -- we asked for and got "food like the locals" -- including goat curry, several kinds of fish, jerk chicken, and truly fresh fruit (mangos are much better than in the US). We spent part of our week simply enjoying the property, and also going across the road to Round Hill (great snorkeling and a fun Friday night show), and another part of our week touring the island…much more economical and relaxing than simply staying at Round Hill or another place with lots of other folks.

Coconut Cottage was perfect for our party of six, which included two young children. We never tired of the beautiful view, the large swimming pool, the comfortable rooms, delicious meals on the verandah, and the quick trip to Round Hill's beach. We had plenty of space and only needed to use three of the five bedrooms. Thank you for allowing us to experience this beautiful home and true Jamaican hospitality!

From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made it feel like this beautiful place was our very own home away from home. The photos didn't even do it justice! The grand living area is so comfortable and the outside veranda is so tranquil for taking in the beauty and serenity of the ocean and the view. We never felt like we were ever on top of one another and we always all had our own space to chill out when needed. The courteous staff made us the most delicious meals and drinks every day...anything we could have asked for! (banana pancakes were my personal favorite).

Coconut Cottage far exceeded our expectations. The property is expansive and our group of 6 felt like we each had our own little piece of heaven. The staff is wonderful, always knowing when to help and when to let us do our own thing. The ability to utilize the amenities at Round Hill was wonderful but we were always glad to come home at the end of the day to our own space. The views of the ocean are gorgeous and far more impressive than the pictures on the website.

My friends and I stayed at CC for a relaxing mid-winter break and it was absolute paradise. The house is beautiful and comfortable and comparable to any 5-star hotel. The staff are fantastic from their cooking, to service, to helpful tips, to special treatment... we felt like royalty.

Every detail of our vacation was wonderful. From the minute we arrived and were greeted with fresh juice, to the final heartfelt hugs from the staff as we sadly headed back to the airport. The cottage had everything we needed. Elegant and high-end but in an understated, unpretentious way. Thoughtful details abound. The staff is excellent, there when we needed them, but never hovering. The layout is comfortable and everyone had their own little place to escape to. The view, the pool, and of course the days spent at Round Hill = heaven. So happy that we have found our special place and look forward to creating many more amazing memories at CC!

We stayed at Coconut Cottage with our teenage boys and our parents. The access to Round Hill is great. We played tennis, had a few meals, snorkeled, and relaxed at the beach. My husband played golf at Tryall, just a few minutes away, and really enjoyed the course. All in all, a fantastic vacation and a beautiful place.

I recommend Coconut Cottage without reservation. First, it is beautiful. The 'Cottage' is a lovely villa, decorated in whites with dark wood accents and many views of greens and blues.
The staff at the house could not have been more helpful and gracious in looking after us -- cooking, cleaning, mixing drinks, arranging transportation. If you cannot relax here, you most likely cannot relax anywhere. I look forward to relaxing there again!ANGELA Park City November 11, 2020
When we arrived, the house manager greeted us with a refreshing mango ginger juice (made from the mangos on the property!). Another day the groundskeeper took a coconut from one of the trees, cut the top off, popped in a straw, and gave it to me while I was lounging by the pool. I enjoyed my vacation so much that I am returning in April with my children.

Nine of us stayed here for a week. We loved it and had a wonderful time. The rooms were perfect and relaxing. Honestly, we had no complaints. As we arrived, they were all out to greet us! This week has been hard to return to cooking and cleaning again in boring Kansas.
